Work in Progress
This section controls your data from Production Planning to pre shipping. The scheduler is comprehensive and based upon all the information previously entered into the system. Once the data is ready your production documentation may be printed from or viewed on screen. WIP (work in progress) is then recorded through its production stages. Within SYNCHRO ERP there are 2 methods to tell the system about WIP, the first designed for mass production and the second for serialized production.
Using the same windows, Scrap is recorded for later analysis as well as rework. Bookings to Subcontractors are manged from here too with the relevant paperwork created in the specific window. This gives the user full functionality, traceability and visibility of WIP movement within SYNCHRO ERP wherever it is on the shop floor or at an outside contractor.
Of course at SYNCHRO we understand that sometimes users can get it wrong so a facility to undo incorrectly entered information is available from a specific window.
Some corrections are traceable within the system.
